Marble Finance's product team was building with Excel. They wanted AI-native tools and the skills to use them without depending on a developer for every change.

I ran a structured vibe coding training programme: how to specify a problem clearly, how to review generated code, how to ship something production-ready without a technical background. The team now builds internal tools that previously required a developer ticket.
