Adidas wanted to explore the fit of vibe coding methodologies to better validate internal agentic AI systems.
I designed and facilitated two workshop days with cross-functional teams: a structured framework for building AI prototypes to test assumptions. We also looked into questions like how to enable product owners and product managers to do this in a way that actually accelerates learning and delivery.
